As a therapist I provide a supportive, non-judgemental approach to address your life concerns and goals as a whole person - incorporating body, mind, spirit and relationships. Your concerns may include stress, anxiety, depression, grief or caregiver burnout associated with chronic illness. My training and expertise includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Supportive Therapy, Trauma, Memory Loss and End-of-life Therapy. Rosie, a certified therapy dog, is available to participate in our sessions if desired.
