I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have experience providing individual, group, and family therapy in community mental health, inpatient, and private practice settings, with a strong focus on children and adolescents. I use evidence-based, developmentally appropriate, and person-centered approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs. Alongside my work with youth and families, I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, workplace stress, and the everyday complexities of life transitions. My passion for mental health is shaped by both professional experience and personal resilience. As a two-time cancer survivor and parent of children with autism and ADHD, I bring empathy, authenticity, and advocacy to my work, creating a safe space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow.
