My career in the mental health field started over 25 years ago when I provided crisis support services to first responders and survivors of trauma. Over the years, I have maintained my focus on the impact of traumatic and life stressors on the way individuals relate to themselves and the world around them. I enjoy working collaboratively with individual clients and couples to identify and interrupt ineffective patterns of relating to others and coping with past and present challenges. Finding the right person to talk to may be challenging and daunting. I have experience in working with individuals from various ethnic, cultural and religious backgrounds and those who struggle with persistent and severe mental illness. What I value most about my practice is my ability to create an authentic, supportive, and comforting space that clients enjoy returning to. I welcome the opportunity to connect with you and discuss how I may be able to support you. Reach out to schedule an in-person or virtual consultation.
