As a therapist, I believe in making therapy approachable and collaborating with you to figure out what our work will look like together. I see my role as being a neutral observer who can help give perspective or point out things that you may not be able to see by yourself. I believe that while we cannot control what has happened to us, we can control how we move forward. I chose this profession because I want to help people heal. I am passionate about empowering my clients and pointing out the progress they’ve made.
