My passion for helping others began early, assisting in my mom’s in-home daycare and discovering the joy of caring for and supporting children. Over the past 17 years, I’ve worked at Duke University in a variety of roles, where I’ve had the privilege of connecting with people from many different backgrounds and life experiences. These experiences strengthened my ability to listen with empathy, build trust, and meet people where they are. I believe every client’s journey is unique, and I tailor my approach to each individual’s needs. Together, we’ll work toward your personal goals—whether they involve emotional, relational, social, or spiritual growth. For clients who desire it, I’m happy to incorporate faith and spirituality into the counseling process.
