I consider it a tremendous privilege to come along side and work with client in whatever season of life they are in. Aspiring to empathetically meet clients where they are, I offer a sincere and authentic counseling environment. I do not subscribe to one particular theory of counseling as I believe a more blended use of theories is beneficial in order to best suit the client’s needs. These evidence-based modalities are coupled with a therapeutic style that is specific to each person’s needs for a holistic approach. I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling from Winebrenner Theological Seminary. In the counseling setting, I enjoy working with people in various stages of life. The counseling seeing has allowed me to gain experience working with youth, young adults, and adults in various seasons of life. Using evidence-based modalities, I work with a variety of issues including life transitions, depression, anxiety, grief, relational issues, including couples, ADHD (both children and adults), and complex trauma. In my time outside of the counseling setting, I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking and exploring new places. I also enjoy traveling with my family, but I also love spending time with family and friends at home too. Yoga and a good book next to a fire are my two favorite ways to unwind.
