Introduction

I've spent over 15 years working with children and adolescents, and I'm passionate about meeting young people where they are—whether that's through play, conversation, or structured skill-building. I specialize in learning disabilities, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges across toddlerhood through the teenage years. My toolkit includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), play therapy, and behavioral approaches, all tailored to each child's developmental stage and needs. I'm currently pursuing specialized training in autism play therapy, which deepens my ability to support neurodivergent kids in ways that feel natural and engaging. I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments and am currently accepting new clients. If you're looking for someone who understands the unique struggles young people face and knows how to help them build resilience and coping skills, I'd welcome the opportunity to connect with your family.
