Introduction

Hi! I am a therapist in private practice in Brighton, NY (Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Diagnostic Privilege). I graduated from Syracuse University in 2011 with my Bachelor’s and from Gordon-Conwell in 2015 with my Master’s. I have worked at an eating disorder non-profit in Boston, MA; a public school in Boston, MA; Rochester Institute of Technology; and an eating disorder non-profit in Rochester, NY before beginning my own practice. I primarily work with eating disorders, OCD, anxiety disorders, attachment traumas and more. I am a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS) through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP)—a credential that recognizes advanced clinical expertise, education, and experience in the treatment of eating disorders. This certification reflects my deep commitment to providing informed, compassionate, and individualized care to those navigating recovery. I also serve on the board for The Emilee Connection. I’m a major Swiftie, a coffee lover, and a bookworm.
