Introduction

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, burnout, or major life changes start affecting your daily life. You may feel stuck, exhausted, or unsure where to turn. Therapy can provide a safe space to slow down, talk openly, and begin making positive changes. At Daws Mental Health Counseling, we specialize in supporting first responders, nurses, and individuals in high-stress careers who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, grief, or life transitions. These challenges can affect many areas of life, including relationships, work, and overall wellbeing. With the right support, healing, balance, and growth are possible. Our goal is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you feel heard and understood. Together, we work to build coping skills, gain new insight, and help you move forward with greater confidence and balance. Courtney Costello, LCSW brings over 20 years of clinical experience to Daws Mental Health Counseling. She specializes in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and grief. Courtney also provides compassionate support for individuals facing breast cancer, offering understanding and guidance throughout every stage of treatment and recovery. Kathleen Linton, LPCMH, NCC brings a unique perspective to Daws Mental Health Counseling through her background in the United States Marine Corps. Her experience informs a counseling style rooted in resilience, empathy, and structure.
