I specialize in therapy for first responders, military members, and other adults living with high levels of anxiety, stress, or the weight of what they've experienced on the job or at home and are ready to see lasting change. I help them to quiet the constant internal alarm, work through difficult experiences, and feel calmer, more connected, and more in control of their daily lives. I use a relational and action-oriented approach to help clients get to the root of what is causing their struggle and find specific steps to reduce their anxiety and increase the peace in their life. I have extensive training in different therapy methods that are used to help with anxiety, stress, and trauma. I also have lived experience with anxiety and stress and lived experience being part of a first responder household. I know anxiety and stress can be difficult and sometimes it feels like you carry the weight of the world on your shoulders, but it does not have to stay that way. There is hope! Things can change! Call my office today to inquire about working together and get started on your journey to feeling calmer, connected, and in control. My office is located at the Brentwood/Cool Springs Area. I see clients in-person and online and have appointments available Monday through Thursday and offer times from 7am to 2pm.
