Introduction

At Path to Healing, we provide affirming, neurodivergent-friendly therapy for individuals navigating ADHD, autism, perfectionism, anxiety, trauma, and co-occurring mental health challenges. Our group practice specializes in supporting neurodivergent adults, teens, and families who may feel overwhelmed by life transitions, relationship stress, emotional burnout, sensory overwhelm, or the pressure to constantly mask who they are. We help clients better understand their brains, build coping strategies that actually work for them, and feel more confident, connected, and supported. We offer in-person therapy in Morris County, New Jersey, and virtual therapy throughout New Jersey, making high-quality mental health support accessible wherever you are. With flexible scheduling, including evening and weekend appointments, we make it easier to prioritize therapy in a way that fits your life. Our therapists work with individuals, couples, and families and provide support for ADHD, autism, executive functioning challenges, perfectionism, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns. We also work with members of the LGBTQ+ community, first responders, people with disabilities, and new or expecting parents. Using a personalized, trauma-informed approach, we tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. At Path to Healing, we believe therapy should feel validating, practical, and empowering. Our goal is to help you better understand yourself, unlearn harmful patterns, strengthen emotional regulation and coping skills, and create a life that feels more authentic and sustainable.
