Introduction

Dr. Lindsay Huffhines, PhD, IMH-E®, is a licensed clinical child psychologist specializing in the well-being of infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. She works with caregivers of children ages 0–5 who are managing concerns such as intense emotions; frequent tantrums; hitting, kicking, and biting; anxiety; separation challenges; sleep difficulties; and adjustment to new routines or family circumstances. Drawing on expertise in early childhood mental health and developmental psychology, Dr. Huffhines helps caregivers make sense of their child’s behavior and respond with confidence, compassion, and effective strategies. Her collaborative, relationship-centered approach supports families in strengthening connection, reducing stress, and fostering resilience during the critical early years. She provides virtual psychotherapy and parent consultation services to families throughout eligible PSYPACT states.
