Introduction

My name is Lindsay Matti. I am licensed in Minnesota as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and Clinical Supervisor. I am also licensed in Wisconsin as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I received my undergraduate degree in Organizational Behavior and Master of Social Work degree from The College of St. Scholastica. I am also a Certified Complex Trauma Professional and Yoga Instructor. I work with adults of all ages, providing individual and couples therapy since 2016. I use a variety of evidenced based behavioral, trauma focused, mind-body, relational, and attachment therapeutic methods to best support your individual needs. I have experience in treating a variety of issues including Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Grief, and life stressors. In addition to the clinical approaches listed below, I utilize various tools to help heal from complex trauma. Life can be hard and there are enough critical voices in our lives.
