I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in the State of Ohio and earned my Master of Social Work from Carlow University. I’m passionate about helping teens and adults navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, resilience, and self-understanding. I am committed to providing compassionate, client centered care that meets each person where they are. I’ve worked for two years in a Case Management position at a Community College focusing on holistic student wellness. I am currently supervised by Becky Encinas, MSW, LISW-S. I especially enjoy working with individuals experiencing anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by stress, adjusting to a new stage of life, or working through difficulties in your personal relationships, I strive to create a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens through connection and trust. I view therapy as a partnership where we identify your strengths, explore obstacles, and develop practical tools to help you reach your goals. I believe everyone has the capacity for growth, and I am honored to walk alongside clients as they build confidence and create lasting change. I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing through a trauma-informed lens. I tailor each session to meet your unique needs, recognizing that every person's experiences and path toward healing are different. Seeking support is a courageous step, and I’m committed to providing a safe, welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable exploring life’s challenges and discovering your strengths. I look forward to being part of your journey toward healing and growth.
