I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a licensed professional counselor with more than 18 years of experience walking alongside individuals, couples, and families through both the deeply painful and the profoundly transformative seasons of life. I earned my Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Lindenwood University in 2004 and have been practicing in Missouri since 2006 and Kansas since 2023. I’m also a National Board Certified Counselor, a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level II, and a Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional. As a full member of WPATH, I am committed to inclusive and affirming care for all. Who I Work With I provide therapy for women, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and those from historically marginalized racial and ethnic communities, offering an affirming space to heal from trauma, manage anxiety and depression, and navigate life’s challenges. My practice is grounded in cultural humility, intersectional understanding, and a deep respect for the unique strengths each client brings. I work exclusively with these communities and provide trusted referrals for those whose needs fall outside my scope. How I Work Therapy with me is grounded in collaboration, authenticity, and respect. I take a person-centered, action-oriented approach that values your lived experience and honors your voice. Together, we’ll work to clarify what matters most to you, strengthen emotional regulation, and support lasting change. I believe in the healing power of connection, kindness, and reclaiming your truest self. My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered as you navigate your path forward.
