Many of the individuals and families I support are navigating complex systems such as child welfare, family court, school challenges, adoption, foster care, long-term care, fertility, and PCOS. I also work with those exploring identity, including gender and LGBTQIA+ experiences, as well as those facing depression, anxiety, mood-related concerns, and disordered eating. I welcome people of all ages, backgrounds, and family constellations into a space of safety, compassion, and possibility. How I Work Therapy with me is grounded in collaboration, authenticity, and respect. I take a person-centered, action-oriented approach that values your lived experience and honors your voice. Together, we’ll work to clarify what matters most to you, strengthen emotional regulation, and support lasting change. I believe in the healing power of connection, kindness, and reclaiming your truest self. My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered as you navigate your path forward.
