Introduction

Hi! I'm Lindsay. I look forward to meeting you! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified ARISE Interventionist. I work primarily with trauma (EMDR/IFS/Somatic Experiencing), addictions and recovery. I am a Spanish speaker, too. I enjoy working with clients ages 12+ and love working with individuals, couples, families and doing intervention work with families who have loved ones stuck in addiction. I enjoy a client-centered, attachment-focused, and trauma-informed approach to healing. Thank you for the privilege to walk alongside you and your loved one as we navigate your/their Tranquil Paths towards healing, growth and recovery.
