Introduction

Reaching out for help can feel like a big step, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. On the outside, you may appear to “have it all together,” but internally, you struggle with anxiety and self-criticism, constantly feeling like you're never “good enough.” Perhaps you’ve spent years keeping everything together at home, work, and in your personal life. Constantly trying to meet impossible expectations of having/doing it all, you prioritize others’ wants and needs while neglecting your own. Therapy can help you unpack the patterns of perfectionism and people-pleasing that keep you stuck. My goal is to provide you with the tools to successfully cope with life’s challenges so you don’t default to negative thoughts or behavioral patterns. I view therapy as a collaborative process during which I help you gain insight and then empower you to make the necessary changes in your life. Gradually, and with my support, you will find a space where things don’t feel so hard, healing happens, and positive growth is possible. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, burned out, hopeless, or simply ready for something to change, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
