My take on mental health is meeting the client where they are at. It is important that you feel your needs and concerns are being heard. My job is to understand, support and guide you through your therapeutic experience. Being a mental health provider is meaningful to me in that I get the privilege of individuals, couples and families trusting me with the most vulnerable parts of their lives. It can be challenging to understand perspectives and to express ourselves effectively, so that we feel understood as well. I can help you navigate through the challenges that come with communication, compromise, perspective taking, and more! If you need support in managing family or relational conflict, substance use, phase of life changes, grief, or feelings of anxiety or depression, please reach out! While my speciality is families and couples, I am always open to individuals! Reaching out for therapy can be uncomfortable. Whether you have tried therapy many times, or this is completely new, we will discuss your goals collaboratively so that your therapeutic experience matches YOU!
