Introduction

Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and the founder of Baum Therapy Services. I believe therapy begins with connection. A strong therapeutic relationship creates a foundation where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. My goal is to provide a compassionate, welcoming space where you can explore your experiences, develop new skills, and work toward meaningful growth at your own pace. I know that reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step. Whether you are navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, emotional challenges, life transitions, or simply seeking a better understanding of yourself, therapy can provide a space to pause, reflect, and create change. My approach to therapy is individualized, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that every person has unique strengths, experiences, and needs. I use evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches to help clients better understand themselves, build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and navigate challenges. I believe meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported as we work together toward your goals. Every person’s story is unique, which is why therapy is never one size fits all. I tailor treatment to your individual needs, strengths, and experiences using evidence based, trauma informed approaches. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, we’ll work together to develop an approach that reflects your unique needs, strengths, and goals. Before founding Baum Therapy Services, I spent my career supporting children, adolescents, and families in school and community-based settings. These experiences have given me a deeper understanding of the many factors that shape emotional well-being, including relationships, family systems, life experiences, and the environments where we live and grow. Throughout my work as a social worker, I have supported individuals and families experiencing anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation challenges, behavioral concerns, stress, and major life transitions. I value seeing each person as a whole and understanding the story behind their experiences. My background continues to guide my therapeutic approach. One that is compassionate, strengths-focused, and centered on connection. I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, understood, and supported. My passion is helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, curiosity, and evidence-based care. Building a trusting therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my work, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they move toward greater resilience, self-understanding, and growth.
