Do you sometimes feel controlled by your emotions or disconnected from yourself or others? Whatever challenges you might be facing, I can help you identify and begin to understand them. I can support you with processing complicated, conflicting, and sometimes painful emotions in a safe and supportive environment. Through this process you will emotionally and intellectually grow and become the person you want to be. I am compassionate, caring, empathetic, and non-judgmental. I accept and embrace differences among each person, and I am committed to helping others achieve their goals and live their healthiest life. I have considerable experience working with a diverse range of clients, to include adolescents, young adults, adults, couples, and families. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma of all types, anger, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, grief and loss, shame, low self-esteem, and sleep disorders. I also enjoy psychological assessment of issues such as ADD/ADHD, complex PTSD, and maladaptive personality traits. I have had the privilege of working with active-duty military and veterans, as an active-duty Psychologist in the Army, and I am now a Veteran who is committed to continuing to serve the military and veteran community.
