I am a compassionate and dedicated counselor with experience working with adults navigating stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and difficult life transitions. I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Akron and have practiced in both community mental health and private practice settings. My goal is to provide, supportive environment where you feel understood and empowered to work through what has been weighing on you. Together, we focus on reducing distress, strengthening resilience, and building practical tools for moving forward in a way that feels manageable and meaningful. I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a research-supported therapy for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and related concerns. EMDR helps the brain reprocess distressing experiences so they no longer feel overwhelming or intrusive in daily life.
