Hi, I'm Lindsey. I support adults healing from complex trauma or navigating the mental and physical demands of infertility, pregnancy, and postpartum. I utilize a somatic, IFS-informed approach to support you in accessing a deeper level of self-awareness, inner knowing, and self-trust. Together, we will get to know the parts of you that are stuck in outdated patterns, reprocess emotional wounds, and reconnect with your innate inner wisdom. My goal is to help you feel more confident, connected, and supported, so you can lead from a place of steadiness rather than survival.
