Introduction

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has walked through fire and decided to use the flames for light. My ideal client is a sensitive, self‑aware adult who feels stuck in repeating relational cycles, people pleasing, codependency, or trauma bonds. They may carry body‑based shame, ADHD overwhelm, or queer identity stress. Despite insight, their nervous system stays on alert and intimacy feels risky. They crave boundaries without guilt, a regulated body, and relationships where they can show up whole. They seek therapy to alchemize pain into purpose, reclaim voice, and live with fierce authenticity. I specialize in millennials, highly sensitive people (HSP)/empaths, childhood trauma healing, attachment repair, and late-diagnosed neurodivergence. Using feminist, somatic, and parts work, I help adults and couples end codependency, calm nervous systems, and build authentic bonds. You are not broken or too much. You deserve a space where your story, sensitivity, and fire are honored. If you are ready to shed old scripts, steady your nervous system, and grow honest connections, I would be honored to walk beside you. Reach out and let’s begin your next chapter :)
