I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and completed my graduate training at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. I have worked in healthcare for over 15 years, with a clinical background in psychiatry, medical detox, trauma and emergency care. I truly value caring for and collaborating with a diverse range of individuals from all backgrounds and walks of life, as each person is an expert in their own experience with unique insights to share. My sole focus is to safely support you in your treatment goals, with the understanding that mental health care extends well beyond medication management. I am proud to practice within an integrative setting where movement, nutrition, hormones, and community-based interventions can be addressed as part of a holistic plan of care. As a neurodiverse clinician, I have a personal understanding of what it means to navigate a world not built to accommodate certain differences. I strive to be a worthy ally to all, with an affinity for those marginalized by conventional systems. I am queer-affirming, antiracist, and center my practice around harm reduction and trauma-informed care.
