Introduction

I believe that therapy works best when you feel safe, heard, and genuinely understood. My goal is to create a warm, trusting environment where you can share your story without judgment and begin making meaningful, lasting changes. I see each client as the expert on their own life, and together we'll build on your strengths to improve emotional well-being, strengthen relationships, and help you move toward the life you want. As the founder of Better Health Counseling, I am passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care for children, teens, adults, couples, and families. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem, or overwhelming emotions, I will work alongside you to create a treatment plan that fits your unique needs and goals. My approach is collaborative, practical, and personalized. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness-based techniques, motivational interviewing, and other evidence-based approaches to help clients understand patterns, develop healthier coping skills, and experience lasting healing. I believe every person has inherent worth and the capacity for growth. Seeking therapy is a courageous first step, and I would be honored to walk alongside you as you build resilience, gain insight, and create meaningful change.
