“Therapy can be a powerful space to better understand your past, feel more grounded in the present, and make intentional changes for your future. Together, we can explore experiences that have strengthened you as well as ones that may have left you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck. You may come to therapy feeling uncertain, distressed, or simply aware that something isn’t working the way you hope. You might notice patterns that no longer serve you, disconnects between your thoughts and actions, or parts of your world that feel confusing. My role is to help you explore those places with curiosity and compassion, not judgment, and to support you in learning how to offer that same compassion to yourself. This kind of work can be both deeply meaningful and vulnerable and uncomfortable. Because of this, finding a clinician you trust is essential. I strive to create a space where you feel supported, thoughtfully challenged, and empowered to challenge yourself. If you think I can support you on your journey, please reach out. If, as we get to know one another, it seems that there may be a different clinical style or approach that would benefit you, I am happy to discuss ways I can help in finding the best clinician to do so.”
