Introduction

It can be difficult to feel regulated and connected to ourselves in today's world. Between hustle culture and over consumption of content, our nervous systems were not built for this and you are not alone in this struggle. If you are looking for a space to create safety and connection within yourself, your community, and/or in nature, I would be honored to support you on that journey. I offer mind-body connection techniques, such as integrating my learnings from somatic therapy, parts work, and the polyvagal theory into sessions. Together, we'll create a safe space for you to explore, heal, and cultivate a life that resonates and feels authentic to you. As a queer-identifying therapist, I am particularly passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ clients, understanding the unique challenges and experiences faced by our community. My practice is open to everyone, and I am committed to fostering an inclusive and safe environment where all humans can feel seen, heard, valued, and supported.
