I offer a compassionate space where you can gain insight into yourself & your relationships, process trauma, develop strategies to manage anxiety, and find new ways of relating to yourself and others. Together, we’ll work toward easing what keeps you stuck, so you can create healthier patterns, beliefs, and connections that support lasting change. About My Practice I specialize in supporting adults with interpersonal trauma, relational and attachment challenges, anxiety management, identity development, and LGBTQIA+ support. Therapy often involves deeply exploring past experiences, relationships, patterns, and self-image. Clients have shared that through our work together, they feel more empowered to advocate for themselves, improve interpersonal dynamics and communication, better understand their emotions and anxieties, and process harmful experiences. ____________________________________ My Approach My work is relational at its core. I believe long-term growth and healing happen within trusting, supportive relationships. The therapeutic relationship itself can become a catalyst for deep reflection and shifting inner narratives, which can create space for meaningful change. With relationships, my goal is to help clients deepen their emotional connection, increase understanding of the ways each partner's identities show up relationally, and explore unhealed patterns. This can help clients grow, strengthen intimacy, and build more authentic and nourishing ways of relating to each other. In all of my work, I am mindful of the ways my own privileged and marginalized identities intersect with and impact my clients. _____________________________________ Modalities & Training I use an attachment and systems lens within an intersectional framework. In practice, I often integrate: • Elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS)/Parts Work • Skill development and interpersonal awareness • Mentalization-Based Narrative Exposure Therapy (MBNET) for interpersonal trauma processing If you are interested in MBNET specifically, please reach out to discuss options. _____________________________________ Education & Credentials • M.S. in Counseling from Portland State University (specialty in systems, attachment, and relationships) • M.Ed. in Early Childhood Development from Loyola University, Maryland _____________________________________ Fees & Supervision • Individual Therapy: $165 per session • Relationship Therapy: $200 per session • Clinical Supervision: I find great joy in offering clinical supervision, as it keeps me connected to the counseling community and provides opportunities to support others in doing this important work. I enjoy the connection of slower moments—whether enjoying the changing seasons of Portland, exploring more of the Pacific Northwest, sharing a meal with loved ones, or spending time in nature. These experiences keep me connected, grounded, and inspired in my work with clients. _____________________________________ I provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive therapy that affirms queer, trans, and neurodivergent identities.
