Introduction

I believe people are more than the hardest things they’ve lived through. As a Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor with 13 years of experience, I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating addiction, complex trauma, and relationship struggles. I specialize in addiction recovery support for individuals and families, couples counseling for high-conflict relationships, and trauma-focused therapy. These experiences can leave us feeling disconnected—from ourselves, from the people we love, and from the life we want to live. My approach is warm, honest, and deeply human. I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to be seen without judgment, curious enough to understand the patterns that keep us stuck, and supported enough to try something different. I don’t believe therapy is about “fixing” you. It’s about understanding you—your story, your relationships, your survival strategies, and the parts of you that have been working incredibly hard to get you this far. Together, we can make space for what hurts, build on what’s strong, and create healthier ways of coping, connecting, and moving forward. You don’t have to have it all figured out before you begin. You just have to be willing to start.
