Introduction

I offer a supportive space for teens, adults, and couples who feel overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves or others. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, stress, identity, relationship challenges, life transitions, or feeling misunderstood. I offer a laid-back, honest, and supportive therapy where people can feel comfortable being real, build insight, and create meaningful change that actually fits their life. My goal is to help people feel more grounded, connected, confident, and emotionally understood. I am looking forward to seeing where this journey takes us.
