Introduction

Lindsey is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and an Approved Supervisor through both the Minnesota Board of Social Work and the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health. She holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of North Dakota. Lindsey brings over 18 years of experience in medical social work including a wide range of acute, outpatient, and end-of-life care settings. Her clinical background includes experience from postpartum/antepartum care, labor and delivery, NICU/PICU, inpatient, and pediatric palliative care. Lindsey has advanced knowledge and has been an innovator in oncology and end-of-life care. She has extensive experience in acute and outpatient oncology, research, and working with individuals and families from diagnosis to active treatment through survivorship and end-of-life. Lindsey holds an Advanced Certification in Hospice and Palliative Care through The National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization. She serves on both the JEDI and Ethics Committees for the National Association for Social Workers. Lindsey is approachable, compassionate, and committed to providing a safe and authentic place for you to show up. She is dedicated to providing client-centered, holistic care that honors the connection between your physical, mental, emotional, spiritual selves. Lindsey builds therapeutic relationships using empathy, trust, transparency, and humor. She utilizes evidence-based interventions to support and help adults navigate life's many stages and transitions.
