Beginning therapy can feel both brave and intimidating. You may feel unsure of what to expect or even what you need and that’s okay. My hope is that therapy can be a soft landing into these unknowns: a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, respected, and empowered. Whether you’re feeling disconnected, anxious, overwhelmed, or simply curious about understanding yourself more deeply, I’m here to support you. My therapeutic approach is relational, collaborative, and grounded in humility. I view clients as the experts of their own experiences and see my role as a steady guide through the inevitable twists and turns of the healing process. I work with individuals ages 14 and up, with focus areas including LGBTQIA+ identity exploration, substance use and recovery, trauma, life transitions, anxiety, and mood disorders. You are welcome and accepted here exactly as you are, wherever you are on your healing journey. I am available for virtual appointments Monday and Wednesday and in-person sessions on Tuesday and Thursday at Horizons Marriage and Family Therapy in Cary, NC. Outside the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with loved ones and my two cats, exploring new cities, thrifting, working on diamond paintings, relaxing by the water, and frequenting coffee shops.
