I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Play Therapist with over 15 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through life's challenges. My passion for this work began with a desire to help individuals and families build stronger connections, navigate difficult experiences, and develop the skills needed to thrive. I specialize in working with children experiencing anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioral concerns, trauma, attachment disruptions, and family transitions. I also work closely with parents and caregivers, helping them better understand their child's emotional world and strengthen family relationships. My approach is rooted in Synergetic Play Therapy®, Child-Centered Play Therapy, and attachment-based interventions, allowing children to process experiences and develop resilience through developmentally appropriate therapeutic experiences. In addition to play therapy, I integrate Animal Assisted Play Therapy, family therapy, and parent consultation to support growth both inside and outside of the therapy room. I believe that healing happens within safe and connected relationships, and I strive to create a therapeutic environment where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered. Whether your child is struggling with anxiety, ADHD, emotional overwhelm, behavioral challenges, trauma, or major life changes, my goal is to help them build emotional awareness, confidence, resilience, and stronger relationships. Together, we can create meaningful change that supports not only symptom reduction but also long-term emotional well-being and healthy development.
