Introduction

Accepting new insurance clients through Abide Inclusive Therapy. I became a therapist because I kept seeing people stuck in the same loops — replaying old patterns, carrying trauma they didn't have words for, feeling anxious in ways that made complete sense once we understood what was underneath. I wanted to help people actually move through that. Not just manage it. I work with teens (16+), young adults, and adults throughout North Carolina. A lot of my clients are in their late teens through thirties — dealing with identity questions, first serious relationships, family-of-origin stuff surfacing, the pressure of building a life that actually feels like yours. Some are navigating major transitions. Some are noticing the same dynamic show up in every relationship and finally want to understand why. I specialize in EMDR for trauma processing. It tends to reach things that talk therapy alone hasn't touched. I also work with anxiety that has roots, identity shifts, values changes, and relationship patterns that feel automatic or stuck. I pull from trauma-focused, somatic, and relational frameworks — but what we actually do in sessions depends on what fits for you. I'm direct when it's useful. This is your process, not mine. If you're looking for someone who takes trauma seriously, understands that anxiety usually means something, and believes real change is possible — I'd like to talk. Insurance is processed through Abide Inclusive Therapy. Cost depends on your specific plan. We'll verify your benefits before your first session.
