I hold a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy, along with a graduate master’s certificate in Contemporary Addictive Behaviors and Treatment. My clinical work draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, trauma-informed approaches, and art-informed interventions. I also incorporate couples and relationship-focused work when appropriate. Many of the people I work with are navigating grief and loss, work and life stress, and relationship challenges that can leave them feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what comes next.
