Introduction

I'm a therapist in North Carolina working with teens (16+), young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, identity shifts, and relationship patterns that keep repeating. My approach is collaborative and grounded. I draw from cognitive-behavioral, somatic, relational, and trauma-focused modalities including EMDR. Sessions are tailored to what actually fits for you — no rigid scripts. I create an anti-ableist, antiracist, LGBTQIA+ affirming space where all identities and neurotypes are valued. My social work background means I pay attention to both individual patterns and the systems shaping them. You don't need everything figured out to start. Most people walk in without words for what they're feeling yet — that's part of the work. Book a free 15-minute consultation to see if we're a good fit.
