Introduction

If you’ve spent a long time performing, people-pleasing, masking, or simply surviving — to the point that you’re no longer sure which parts are really you — I am happy our paths have crossed. I’m Linnea Schrantz, MA, NCC, a clinician at Sacred and Free, an integrative psychotherapy, coaching, and educational wellness practice based in Pennsylvania. My work centers on helping you identify, trust, and live from your most authentic parts. Here’s why that matters so much: When we’ve been through hardship — anxiety, trauma, difficult relationships, the pressure to be someone we’re not — we learn to hide, disconnect from, or second-guess parts of ourselves. Those adaptations may have helped you get through. You needed them. And, over time they leave us feeling disconnected, exhausted, and unsure who we really are beneath it all. Reconnecting with ourselves is often times the missing piece of our puzzle.” It is a foundation for healing — supporting confidence, clearer boundaries, more meaningful relationships, and a greater sense of inner peace. I work primarily with teens (12+), young adults and college students, parents, working professionals and LGBTQ+ clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence, identity development, and life transitions — including the lasting impact of childhood and relational experiences. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is watching clients rediscover themselves, even after years of hardship, and begin to feel at home in their own lives. My approach is warm and relational first, because healing happens within trusted connection. My work is evidence-based and integrative: I draw on Internal Family Systems (parts work), person-centered therapy, mindfulness, psychodynamic insight, somatic awareness (the mind-body connection), and trauma-informed practices to meet your unique needs. We will go at your pace — uncovering, understanding, and refining the tools you already carry. I’d be honored to work with you. I offer a free consultation to see if we’re a good
