If you’ve spent a long time performing, people-pleasing, masking, or simply surviving — to the point that you’re no longer sure which parts are really you — I am happy our paths have crossed. I’m Linnea Schrantz, MA, NCC, a clinician at Sacred and Free, an integrative psychotherapy, coaching, and educational wellness practice based in Pennsylvania. I work primarily with teens (12+), young adults and college students, parents, working professionals and LGBTQ+ clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence, identity development, and life transitions — including the lasting impact of childhood and relational experiences. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is watching clients rediscover themselves, even after years of hardship, and begin to feel at home in their own lives. My approach is warm and relational first, because healing happens within trusted connection. My work is evidence-based and integrative: I draw on Internal Family Systems (parts work), person-centered therapy, mindfulness, psychodynamic insight, somatic awareness (the mind-body connection), and trauma-informed practices to meet your unique needs. We will go at your pace — uncovering, understanding, and refining the tools you already carry. I’d be honored to work with you. I offer a free consultation to see if we’re a good
