Introduction

Jaime Vanderlaan is an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor who provides individual and couples therapy for teens and adults. She is passionate about helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, communication issues, and major life transitions. Jaime takes a holistic, integrative approach to therapy—drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Person-Centered Therapy—to create treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs. She focuses on helping clients build self-awareness, strengthen relationships, develop effective coping skills, and recognize their inner strengths. With a warm, collaborative style, Jaime creates a safe and supportive space for growth and healing. She currently offers weekday afternoon and evening appointments (3–8 PM) to accommodate busy schedules. Outside of her counseling work, Jaime enjoys reading, writing, hiking, and creative projects that inspire balance and self-expression. Jameson Holman is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals and couples heal from emotional pain, strengthen relationships, and build lasting confidence. His work focuses on guiding clients to recognize and refine the inner strength they already possess, empowering them to live with authenticity and purpose. Jameson takes a collaborative and compassionate approach to therapy, helping clients process past wounds, develop emotional resilience, and master practical coping skills to navigate life’s challenges. He believes in supporting each person as they grow into the best version of themselves—strong, grounded, and courageous, like the pride of a lion. Jameson currently is not accepting new clients and maintains a waitlist for future openings.
