I am here to meet clients where they are at with comfort and compassion. I offer an empathetic and warm approach, while at the same time working to challenge clients and hold them accountable. I work with people on identifying patterns in behavior, restructuring ways of thinking, developing new coping skills, and improving overall quality of life. Connecting with others is very important to me and I strive to create a space where people feel supported, understood, and recognized. I operate from a nonjudgmental, caring, and culturally sensitive lens, while working to collaborate with clients on reaching that next point in life. I have experience working with complex trauma, as well as with people struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, and other life transitions. I practice from a strength’s based and solution focused framework and have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care.
