Life's challenges can leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about what comes next. I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum differences, life transitions, and emotional or behavioral challenges. Using a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach, I help clients better understand themselves, build effective coping skills, and create meaningful change. Drawing on my experience as a teacher and school psychologist, I also collaborate with families, caregivers, and schools when appropriate to support growth across environments. My goal is to provide a supportive, respectful space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward greater well-being.
