I earned my Master of Social Work Degree from Eastern Washington University after completing my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Coe College, where I also studied Communication and Religion. These experiences gave me a strong foundation in mental health and an appreciation for the many ways people find strength in their lives. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and other evidence-based approaches. This allows me to adapt therapy to each person’s needs—whether that’s working through trauma, easing anxiety, or finding healthier ways to cope while using data-informed processes that produce change. My approach is steady, supportive, and practical. I strive to create a space where people feel understood, less weighed down, and better equipped to handle what life brings. If you or someone you care about could benefit from support, know that help is available right here at home. I offer virtual and in-person sessions and flexible scheduling options to make care more accessible.
