I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Play Therapist with a creative, collaborative approach to therapy. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and find working with children, teens, and families especially rewarding. I believe therapy should be a safe space for healing and growth. My work is client-centered, so your priorities and goals will become mine as we work together. I employ trauma-informed, evidenced-based models: Child-Centered Play Therapy, Animal Assisted Play Therapy, Autplay, and EMDR. I enjoy working with Neurodiverse clients, and those with trauma, anxiety, depression, parenting/co-parenting concerns, and building self-esteem. I also provide LGBTQIA+-affirming care for youth and teens exploring their identity. I bring my full humanity into the therapy space so I may meet my clients where they are in life without judgment. I have experience working with clients of diverse backgrounds including immigrant and refugee families, people of many faiths, medically fragile youth, and LGBTQIA+ youth and their families.
