Life can become overwhelming for many reasons. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions, ADHD, obsessive thoughts, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, you don't have to face it alone. I work with adults in individual therapy sessions from diverse backgrounds, creating a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood without judgment. Together, we'll work at a pace that feels safe, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. Everyone's story is unique, and your therapy should be too. I believe meaningful healing happens when people feel understood and empowered with practical tools for lasting change. Using evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, Narrative, Person-Centered, Solution-Focused, mindfulness, and neuroscience-informed care, I tailor therapy to fit you, not the other way around. Beginning therapy takes courage, and you don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. My goal is to provide a compassionate, collaborative space where you can better understand yourself, build resilience, and create meaningful change. I'd be honored to walk alongside you. My practice operates on a private-pay basis. Superbills are available for potential out-of-network insurance reimbursement. This model allows therapy to remain focused on your needs rather than insurance requirements. A limited number of sliding-scale appointments are also available. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling from New York University and am licensed as a Mental Health Counselor in New York. My approach combines evidence-based therapies with compassionate, collaborative care tailored to each person's unique goals and experiences. Healing begins with understanding. I believe meaningful change happens when we look beyond symptoms to the whole person. Through collaborative, evidence-based therapy, we'll explore your experiences, build resilience, and develop practical tools that support lasting growth beyond the therapy room.
