As a Nationally Certified Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor in Idaho, I help clients gain the clarity and capacity to navigate the difficulties of life (relationships, work stress, life transitions, grief and loss) in order to live authentically with passion and purpose. As an IFS-trained therapist, I help clients create more harmony within themselves, in their relationships, and their lives overall.
