Introduction

Welcome — I’m Lisa, a holistic therapist who weaves together spirituality, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and yoga therapy to support healing and wholeness. My path into this work began with my own transformation, when I discovered the deep power of connecting mind, body, and spirit. Experiencing that healing firsthand inspired me to help others find the same sense of balance and peace. I believe true healing happens when every part of us—physical, emotional, and spiritual—is seen and cared for. EMDR can help you move through past pain and release patterns that no longer serve you, while yoga therapy invites you to reconnect with your body, build strength, and find calm within. I work with people navigating trauma, anxiety, and stress, as well as those seeking deeper self-understanding and spiritual growth. My role is to create a compassionate, grounded space where you feel seen and heard. I'm not here to give you answers. I'm here to walk beside you as a mirror, reflecting your own wisdom back to you until you learn to trust it. Together, we’ll gently uncover what’s beneath the surface so healing can take root. Clients often leave feeling steady in their bodies, clear in their choices, more connected to themselves and others, and able to move through life with greater ease and flow.
