I am an exceptionally nonjudgmental and open-minded therapist trainee, committed to creating a calm, supportive space where you can speak honestly about what you’re experiencing. My approach is warm (occasionally, even silly), collaborative, and rooted in genuine care. If anxiety, depression, grief, chronic illness, or ADHD is making it hard to feel grounded in your daily life, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to manage it by yourself. Many of the clients I work with feel overwhelmed, exhausted, tense, or stuck in a state of high alert, even when things look “fine” on the outside. Mental health difficulties can affect sleep, focus, relationships, and your sense of safety in the world, but therapy with me can be a place to slow things down and begin feeling steadier again. Together, we’ll work to understand your symptoms and reduce the distress that’s interfering with your well-being. Meanwhile, I'll take care to understand the full context of your life so therapy feels responsive, personalized, and meaningful.
