Hello, I’m Lisa! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 26 years of experience in the behavioral health field. I’m a caring and compassionate therapist who strives to create a comfortable, supportive, and safe environment where you can feel heard and understood. My approach is individualized and strength-based because I believe everyone is unique and has their own needs. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I have a special interest in working with women in midlife. I can help you navigate the challenges of feeling stuck, questioning your identity, and figuring out what matters most to you. Together, we can focus on self-care, setting healthy boundaries, and becoming more mindful and present in everyday life. We can work on changing patterns of thinking and behavior that may no longer serve you while exploring what brings value, meaning, and purpose to your life. Mental health is a journey, not a destination, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer individual therapy through telehealth and look forward to meeting you and working collaboratively toward your goals. If you have questions or would like to learn more about working together, please reach out. I also offer a free 15-minute consultation to allow us to connect and see if we might be a good fit.
