Introduction

Starting therapy can feel intimidating—especially when you’re used to handling everything on your own. Maybe your mind feels like it won’t slow down. You find yourself overthinking, replaying conversations and scenarios in your head, feeling anxious or overwhelmed, struggling to set boundaries, or constantly feeling on edge. You may put everyone else’s needs before your own or feel exhausted from trying to keep it all together. You might not know exactly where to start, but you know something needs to change. My goal is to provide a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, feel genuinely understood, and explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll work toward greater understanding, meaningful change, and practical tools you can use in your everyday life. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey who works with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, OCD, grief, medical anxiety, codependency patterns, fertility challenges, perinatal and postpartum anxiety, and ADHD/ADD. My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in compassion, collaboration, and an understanding of how past experiences can shape the way we feel and move through the world. My advanced training includes certification as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (C-DBT), and a certificate from Rutgers School of Social Work in Violence Against Women and Children. Our work will be tailored to your unique needs, experiences, and goals. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to explore what’s underneath the struggle, and empowered to create meaningful change. Together, we’ll work toward feeling more grounded, reconnecting with yourself, and building a life that feels more manageable and truly your own. I invite you to reach out to see if we might be a good fit.
