I'm Lisa Hollo, LPCC-S, ATR, a licensed professional counselor and art therapist with nearly 20 years of experience helping adults work through trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, and stress. My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I integrate evidence-based therapies with mindfulness, somatic awareness, expressive arts, depth-oriented exploration, and trauma-informed care. I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to explore our experiences, reconnect with our strengths, and develop new ways of relating to ourselves and others. In addition to traditional psychotherapy, I offer psychedelic-informed therapy, ketamine preparation and integration services, and support for individuals exploring transformative experiences through a harm reduction and mental health lens. I am also developing expanded esketamine (Spravato®) services and therapeutic support models designed to emphasize preparation, set and setting, psychoeducation, and integration. I have extensive experience working with complex trauma, anxiety, depression, caregiver stress, grief, relationship concerns, women's issues, personal growth, and major life transitions. My goal is to create a safe, affirming, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported.
