Introduction

Feeling stuck? Unheard? Hurt? Have annoying thoughts that won't go away and that affect your relationships? These challenges (and more) can be addressed and things can get better. I will work with you to identify, set goals and work towards your goals to meet your needs. We will work together to manage thoughts, emotions and behaviors and to have more healthy relationships. I am here to walk alongside you to collaborate with you, so that you can be successful in learning skills to manage the things that hinder your peace, stability, rest and motivation! It's doable! Let's work together to get it done! I have 16 years of experience working with all ages and stages - children, teens, adults and older adults in various settings. In my career, I have worked to help heal trauma, abuse, neglect, relationship challenges, school difficulties, emotion regulation challenges, negative thought patterns, and more. I offer a calm, empathetic presence as we process the journey together.
